The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living-dining room. All rooms have exterior access, leading directly to the garden. The terrace features a beautiful dining area where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and the entire golf course.

On another level of the house, you’ll find the pool, alongside a solarium area and a barbecue. All surrounded by a beautiful typical Canarian garden.

It has free indoor and outdoor parking available.
